Complementarity matters

AI can generate options and process detail. It does not independently supply commercial responsibility, industry access, regulatory judgment or customer trust. A lawyer who understands product design, or an engineer who understands sales and workflow automation, can translate between worlds that normally misunderstand each other.

Build a capability stack

List your strongest sources of experience: industries, functions, networks, technical abilities and communication styles. Then identify markets where that combination is uncommon. The goal is not a long résumé. It is a coherent ability to solve a problem from several necessary angles.

Teams can create the combination

No individual needs every skill. A small team can combine a domain expert, workflow designer, commercial lead and technical builder. AI becomes a shared capability across the group. Clear interfaces between these roles are more important than impressive titles.

Turn the combination into a method

Document the sequence by which the combined expertise produces a result. Give the method a clear language, diagnostic and set of artefacts. This converts a collection of talents into something customers can understand, buy and recommend.
