Major projects, owner-managed business and a bias toward practical implementation.
My background spans quantity surveying, project consulting, property development, business planning, sustainable construction, R&D, international work and rebuilding after bankruptcy.
I have worked in both structured environments and messy ones.
Large projects teach discipline. Small business teaches consequence.
I have worked in quantity surveying and project environments across multiple countries. I have also dealt directly with development sites, planning, business plans, R&D, construction disputes, funding conversations and the pressure that comes when a business no longer behaves as the spreadsheet said it would.
I have personally navigated bankruptcy and rebuilt. That experience is part of why my advisory style is direct, non-judgmental and focused on what can actually be done next.
Project thinking
Commercial structure, feasibility, risk, procurement, sequencing and evidence.
Founder thinking
Cash flow, sales, systems, personal exposure and the reality of being responsible for the outcome.
International thinking
Different jurisdictions, operating models and the value of having more than one workable path.
Build on something that survives the storm.
My Christian faith became central to my life in 2024. I do not use faith as a marketing device. It shapes how I think about service, stewardship, truth and rebuilding on a stronger foundation.
