You will need prior experience in the volume home building industry, a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude. This role will cover areas within the Newcastle region.

To be successful for this role you will need:

· 3 years’ experience outside apprentice - Essential

· A high attention to detail and accuracy

· Be able to read and understand plans

· To have full PPE and Tools
